These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.renfluence.com (the "Website") and the services, tools, data and materials made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). The Website and Services are owned and operated by RENFLUENCE DIADIKTIAKES YPIRESIES DIAFIMISIS PRIVATE COMPANY (P.C.), a Greek private company, with registered address at Leoforos Kifisias 71, Athens, Greece (“Renfluence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy (together, the “Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.
Renfluence reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
1. Definitions
- User: Any natural or legal person accessing or using the Website/Services.
- User-Brand ("Brand"): A company or sole proprietorship that registers to promote products/services and to collaborate with Influencers.
- User-Influencer (“Influencer”): A social-media user (e.g., Instagram) with a public, professional/business account who registers to collaborate with Brands.
- Account: The User's registered account on the Website.
- Material: Any content, data, text, images, graphics, statistics, software, and other elements available on or through the Website/Services.
- Campaign: An advertising/marketing initiative involving collaborations between Brands and Influencers via the Services.
- Applicable Law: All laws and regulations applicable to the Services, including GDPR (EU) 2016/679, Greek Law 4624/2019 (GDPR implementation), Directive 2002/58/EC as amended and Greek Law 3471/2006 (ePrivacy), consumer and advertising laws, platform rules (e.g., Instagram), and any subsequent amendments.
Business Use Only. The Services are intended for business/professional use (B2B). You represent and warrant you are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Services and Platform Role
2.1 What We Provide. Renfluence operates an automated collaboration platform that facilitates discovery, matching, communication and workflow between Brands and Influencers for Campaigns, together with analytics, dashboards and related tools.
2.2 Intermediary. Renfluence is not a party to agreements concluded directly between Brands and Influencers (except where a separate written agreement with Renfluence states otherwise). Renfluence does not create, produce, endorse or guarantee specific content, results, sales, engagement, reach or performance.
2.3 No Employment/Agency. Influencers are independent contractors, not employees, agents or representatives of Renfluence. Brands and Influencers are solely responsible for complying with tax, employment and social-security obligations arising from their activities.
2.4 Third-Party Platforms. The Services may rely on or interoperate with third-party platform APIs (e.g., Instagram). Your use of such platforms is subject to their terms and policies. Renfluence is not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages or data unavailability caused by third parties.
3. Eligibility; Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Eligibility. Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Influencers must maintain a public, professional/business social-media account (e.g., Instagram business profile).
3.2 Registration. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information (for Brands: company name, website (if any), registered address, contact details, VAT/TIN and competent tax office; for Influencers: platform handle(s), business account status, and requested analytics/permissions).
3.3 Verification. We may verify information, request supporting documents, and approve or reject registration at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate Accounts for inaccurate, unlawful or misleading information, or for non-compliance with these Terms.
3.4 Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. Renfluence is not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Influencer Obligations
- (a) Professional Account. Maintain a public, professional/business account and grant required permissions for analytics ingestion and verification.
- (b) Content Compliance. Create and publish content in accordance with Applicable Law, platform rules, Renfluence Advertising Guidelines, and any Campaign brief.
- (c) Exclusivity & Duration. Observe any Campaign-specific exclusivity periods agreed with a Brand (e.g., no competitor promotions) and maintain sponsored content for the agreed minimum duration. Premature deletion or material alteration may entitle the Brand and/or Renfluence to remedies, including payment adjustments, takedown requests, reprimand or removal from the database.
- (d) Disclosures. Include all legally required disclosures (e.g., #ad, #sponsored) clearly and conspicuously.
- (e) No Infringement. Do not upload or publish content that infringes IP or personality/privacy rights, is deceptive or unlawful, or violates third-party terms. Obtain all necessary rights (e.g., music, images, locations, third-party appearances).
- (f) Deliverables & Reporting. Comply with agreed deliverables, timelines, and provide accurate performance data where applicable.
4.2 Brand Obligations
- (a) Lawful Content. Ensure that briefs, materials, product claims and instructions comply with Applicable Law (including sector-specific claims/substantiation and health/financial advertising rules).
- (b) Accuracy. Provide accurate and up-to-date company and product information, and promptly correct inaccuracies.
- (c) Compliance. Do not request unlawful practices (e.g., hidden advertising, misleading claims).
- (d) Payments. Pay any agreed fees in accordance with applicable order form, insertion order, or separate agreement.
4.3 General Prohibitions
Users shall not: (i) misuse the Services; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (iii) scrape, harvest, or attempt to access non-public areas or data; (iv) introduce malware; (v) interfere with security or integrity; (vi) use the Services to compete unfairly or to build a competing service; (vii) send spam or unlawful direct marketing through the Services.
5. Campaigns; Content; Licences
5.1 User Content. You retain ownership of content you upload or connect to the Services. You grant Renfluence a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display and process such content solely to provide, maintain, protect and improve the Services, to operate analytics, and to comply with legal obligations.
5.2 Brand and Influencer Licence Between Parties. Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract between Brand and Influencer, any licence to use Influencer content (including reposting, paid ads/whitelisting, edits, derivatives, durations, territories and platforms) must be expressly agreed in writing between them. Renfluence is not responsible for the absence or scope of such licence.
5.3 Use of Names/Logos. Renfluence may use User names, trademarks and logos for identification of Accounts within the Services and, with prior consent, for marketing the Services (e.g., client lists, case studies).
5.4 Takedown Procedure. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, third-party rights or Applicable Law, and may suspend or terminate Accounts in serious or repeated cases.
6. Fees, Billing & Taxes (If Applicable)
6.1 Fees. Access to certain features may be subject to fees as described in an order form, insertion order, subscription plan, or separate written agreement.
6.2 Billing. Unless otherwise stated, fees are invoiced in Euros, exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies or similar governmental assessments.
6.3 Refunds. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.
6.4 Late Payment. Late amounts may accrue interest at the statutory rate. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1 Compliance. Renfluence processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and Greek Law 4624/2019. Details appear in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
7.2 Roles. For data collected to operate the Website/Services (Accounts, logs, analytics), Renfluence acts as Controller. Where Renfluence processes personal data on a Brand's documented instructions (e.g., campaign audience data supplied by a Brand), Renfluence may act as Processor; in that case, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will apply and prevail for such processing.
7.3 Legal Bases. Typical legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, product improvement), compliance with legal obligations, and consent (e.g., direct marketing).
7.4 Marketing Communications. Subject to ePrivacy and Greek Law 3471/2006, Renfluence may send service or marketing communications. You may opt-out at any time. "Soft opt-in” may apply where permitted.
7.5 Data Subject Rights. Users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA). Contact: [[email protected]].
7.6 International Transfers. If personal data are transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards will be applied (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
7.7 Security. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to risk (confidentiality, integrity, availability).
8. Intellectual Property; Site Licence
8.1 Ownership. The Website, Services and Material (including software, designs, databases, text, images, trademarks and logos) are owned by Renfluence or its licensors and are protected under Greek, EU and international laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Website/Services for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Material without our prior written consent.
8.3 Third-Party Rights. All third-party marks or content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Availability; Changes; Beta Features
9.1 Availability. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control may cause downtime.
9.2 Changes. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9.3 Beta Features. We may offer preview/beta features on an “as is” basis without warranties and with reduced or different support.
10. Representations; Warranties; Disclaimers
10.1 User Representations. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement; (b) your use of the Services will comply with Applicable Law and these Terms; (c) your content and activities will not infringe third-party rights.
10.2 Disclaimers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and Material are provided "as is" and "as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or reliability. Renfluence does not warrant any specific results, reach, engagement or sales outcomes.
10.3 Al-Generated Outputs; Limitations; B2B Use Cases The Services may generate analyses, insights, classifications, predictions, summaries, benchmarks, or other outputs produced through artificial intelligence technologies (“Al Outputs”). Al Outputs rely on statistical models, algorithmic processes, third-party data availability, and User-provided content. Users acknowledge that Al Outputs are inherently probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, outdated elements, modelling inconsistencies, biased patterns, or incomplete contextual interpretations. As a B2B service, Renfluence provides Al Outputs strictly as supplemental analytical tools intended for use by professional Users with established decision-making frameworks, internal processes, and domain expertise. Accordingly, Users expressly agree to the following:
- (a) Nature of Al Outputs Al Outputs may include imprecise, incomplete, or statistically inferred information. Such Outputs do not represent authoritative statements, factual determinations, or guaranteed performance indicators.
- (b) No Sole Reliance Al Outputs are not designed to serve as the sole basis for strategic, operational, legal, financial, compliance-related, marketing, or any other business-critical decisions. Users, acting as professional entities, must apply their own judgement, domain expertise, verification procedures, and internal analytical methodologies before acting on any Al Output. Renfluence will bear no responsibility for any business decisions, actions, strategies, or commercial outcomes influenced by or derived from Al Outputs.
- (c) Verification & Due Diligence Requirement Users remain exclusively responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, compliance suitability, and contextual appropriateness of Al Outputs. Renfluence has no obligation to validate, correct or endorse any Al Output unless expressly set forth in a separate written agreement.
- (d) Dependence on Third-Party Platforms Al Outputs may depend on APIs, public data, or
performance metrics provided by third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok). Renfluence
does not guarantee:
- the availability of such data,
- its accuracy or completeness, nor
- its conformity with real-time platform performance.
- (e) No Performance Guarantee Renfluence does not guarantee-and Users shall not interpret Al Outputs as guaranteeing-specific marketing, engagement, revenue, conversion, audience, or campaign results.
- (f) Allocation of Risk To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Users assume all risks associated with the interpretation, implementation, and business use of Al Outputs.
- (g) Exclusion of Liability for Al-Based Decisions Renfluence shall have no
liability-contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise-for:
- (i) any decisions, strategies or actions taken by Users based on Al Outputs;
- (ii) any losses, costs, penalties, damages or business interruptions arising from reliance on such Outputs; (iii) any inaccuracies or inherent limitations in Al technologies.
- (h) Human Oversight Requirement Users agree to maintain appropriate human supervision, internal approvals, compliance review processes, and technical validation before using Al Outputs in their business operations.
10.4 Al Warranty Disclaimer To the fullest extent permitted under Applicable Law, and notwithstanding any service description, feature documentation or marketing materials, Renfluence provides all Al Outputs strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Renfluence makes no warranties or representations, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding:
- the accuracy, reliability or completeness of Al Outputs,
- the fitness of Al Outputs for any business purpose,
- the merchantability or non-infringement of Al Outputs,
- the suitability of Al Outputs for regulatory, compliance, or advertising decision-making,
- the correctness of predictions, benchmarks or performance estimates,
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of Al-powered features,
- alignment of Al Outputs with industry standards,
- the achievement of any commercial, marketing, operational, or strategic outcome.
Renfluence expressly disclaims any warranty that Al Outputs will correspond to real-world results, future performance, or measurable campaign outcomes. As professional Users, businesses remain solely responsible for all decisions arising from or influenced by Al Outputs, including legal compliance, advertising claims, platform-specific rules, internal governance requirements and the interpretation of analytical results.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Damages Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renfluence's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Agreement (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the total fees paid by you to Renfluence for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
11.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Renfluence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Carve-Outs. The above limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law (e.g., fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
12. Indemnification
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Renfluence and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your content or activities on/through the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms or Applicable Law; (c) any claim by an Influencer or Brand with whom you engage.
13. Notice-and-Action for Illegal Content / IP Infringement
13.1 How to Notify. If you believe content on the Services is unlawful or infringes your rights, notify [email protected] with: (a) identification of the content/URL; (b) reasons (legal grounds, rights asserted); (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement of accuracy; and (e) if alleging IP infringement, evidence of rights ownership/authorization.
13.2 Our Response. We will assess notices in good faith and may remove or block access to content, request clarifications, and/or notify the User. Repeated or egregious infringements may lead to Account suspension/termination.
14. Term; Suspension; Termination
14.1 Term. The Agreement applies from your first use of the Services and continues until terminated.
14.2 Suspension/Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate access immediately (with or without notice) if you breach these Terms, if required by law, for security reasons, for non-payment (if applicable), or if your use may cause harm.
14.3 Termination by You. You may stop using the Services and request Account closure at any time.
14.4 Effect. Upon termination, your licence ends and you must cease use. Sections that by nature should survive (including 5, 7–13, 16–19) shall survive.
15. Confidentiality
Any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other that is marked as confidential or should reasonably be understood as confidential is "Confidential Information." The receiving party will use it only for the intended purpose and protect it with reasonable care. Exclusions apply for information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully obtained without confidentiality obligations. Legal disclosures are permitted with prompt notice where lawful.
16. Anti-Bribery; Export; Sanctions
You will comply with anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws (including the OECD Convention, UK Bribery Act, FCPA to the extent applicable), and with export controls and economic sanctions laws of the EU and other relevant jurisdictions. You represent you are not subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, utility failures, or internet/hosting outages, provided it uses reasonable efforts to mitigate.
18. Notices
Notices to Renfluence must be sent to [email protected] (and, for formal legal notices, to our registered address). We may provide notices to you via the Website, email associated with your Account, or in-product notifications.
19. Miscellaneous
19.1 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer the Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
19.2 Entire Agreement; Order of Precedence. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Renfluence regarding the Services and supersedes prior understandings. If a separate signed agreement, order form or DPA applies, its terms prevail to the extent of conflict.
19.3 Severability; Waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing; failure to enforce is not a waiver.
19.4 Governing Law; Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer/jurisdiction rules (if applicable).
19.5 Language. The English version of these Terms prevails over translations in case of conflict.
20. Renfluence Edge Service
20.1 Description Renfluence Edge (“Edge Service”) is a data-driven, Al-powered analytics service designed to provide Users with on-demand insights on digital content, influencer performance, audience sentiment, competitive landscape, and media benchmarks.
Depending on the selected package, Users may access modules such as:
- Video Intelligence: automated summaries, transcripts, keyword extraction, thematic analysis, content breakdowns and predicted performance indicators;
- Sentiment Analysis: comment-level sentiment classification (positive/neutral/negative), emotional tone, topic patterns and toxicity detection;
- Influencer Profile Analysis: historical performance, growth trends, red flags, audience signals and behaviour-based insights;
- Benchmarking Tools: KPI comparisons across 30,000+ videos, including engagement, views spread, VER, ER and industry standards;
- Competitor Intelligence: comparison and search features based on brand name, creator name, or keyword;
- Campaign Monitoring: automated performance snapshots and downloadable PDF reports.
The Edge Service operates either through (a) credit-based usage ("Credits") or (b) Enterprise access as defined below.
20.2 Access & Credits Model Access to the Edge Service for non-Enterprise Users is based on purchasing Credits, which represent the usage allowance for analyses and searches.
(a) Credit Consumption Each feature corresponds to a fixed or variable number of Credits, determined by Renfluence and displayed within the User dashboard. Consumption occurs automatically upon initiating an analysis.
(b) Purchase & Validity Credits are purchased in advance, are tied to the specific Account, and-unless expressly stated otherwise—are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-convertible. Promotional or bonus Credits may be offered at Renfluence's discretion.
(c) Usage Visibility Users can monitor remaining Credits through their dashboard. Renfluence is not responsible for any miscalculation or misunderstanding caused by delayed Ul updates, except where required by law.
(d) Prohibited Use Users may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, including through multiple Accounts, credential sharing or automated extraction of data. Such conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination.
20.3 Enterprise Plans Renfluence may offer Enterprise-level plans (“Enterprise Service") tailored for organisations with higher usage or specialised operational needs. Enterprise Service may include, without limitation:
- increased or unlimited usage quotas;
- multi-user access and permission management;
- API or system integrations;
- white-label dashboards;
- customised onboarding and support;
- service-level commitments.
The terms governing Enterprise Service are defined in a separate written agreement between Renfluence and the User. Where such agreement exists, its provisions prevail in the event of conflict with these Terms.
20.4 Payments & Billing
- (a) Payment Processing All payments for Credits or Enterprise invoices are processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment provider. Renfluence does not collect, store, or process cardholder data.
- (b) Billing Currency & Taxes Fees are invoiced in Euros, exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Users are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental assessments.
- (c) Refunds Except where required by law, all payments—whether for Credits or Enterprise Service-are non-refundable. Failure to use purchased Credits does not entitle the User to a refund.
- (d) Payment Failures Any failed, disputed or reversed payments may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of access.
20.5 Permitted Use & Restrictions
- (a) Business Use Edge Service is licensed solely for internal business use. Users may not provide access to third parties (including clients) unless expressly permitted in writing by Renfluence.
- (b) Data Integrity Users may only upload content they have rights to analyse. Renfluence bears no responsibility for analyses conducted on infringing, unlawful or unauthorised material.
- (c) No Automated Extraction Scraping, bulk downloading, automated calls to the Service, reverse engineering, or use of the Service for developing competing products is strictly prohibited.
- (d) Platform Compliance Insights derived from third-party platform data (e.g. Instagram, Tik Tok) must be used in compliance with such platforms' policies. Renfluence is not liable for any enforcement action taken by third-party platforms.
20.6 Service Limitations & Disclaimers
- (a) Data Availability Edge analyses rely on publicly available data, platform APIs, User-uploaded content and statistical models. Renfluence does not guarantee continuous availability of third-party data sources.
- (b) Accuracy & Predictions While Renfluence uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, insights—especially predictive metrics-may vary based on data quality, platform restrictions, or external conditions.
- (c) No Performance Guarantee Renfluence does not warrant that the use of Edge Service will result in increased reach, engagement, sales, conversions or any specific business outcome.
- (d) Maintenance & Changes Renfluence may modify, suspend or discontinue modules, features or underlying algorithms at any time. Material updates will be reflected in the updated "Last Updated" date.
- (e) Beta Features Certain features may be provided as beta or preview modules, which are offered "as is,” with limited or no support and may be discontinued without notice.
20.7. Al-Generated Outputs; Limitations & Disclaimers
The Edge Service may generate analyses, insights, classifications, predictions, summaries, performance estimations, sentiment evaluations, benchmark comparisons, or other analytical results through artificial intelligence technologies (“Al Outputs”). Al Outputs rely on algorithmic processing, probabilistic modelling, third-party data availability, and User-submitted content. Users acknowledge that Al Outputs may contain inaccuracies, modelling inconsistencies, outdated elements, incomplete contextualisation, or other limitations inherent in Al systems. Given that the Edge Service is provided exclusively for B2B professional use, Users agree to the following:
- (a) Nature of Al Outputs Al Outputs are generated automatically and may not reflect verified, complete, or definitive information. They do not constitute authoritative facts, expert assessments, or guaranteed indicators of future performance.
- (b) No Sole Reliance (Professional Use Standard) Al Outputs are intended to support, not replace, the User's professional judgement, internal analysis processes, risk assessment procedures, or compliance evaluations. Users shall not rely solely on Al Outputs for operational, commercial, financial, strategic, legal, compliance-related or advertising decisions. Renfluence bears no responsibility for any business action, strategic decision, or commercial outcome influenced by or derived from Al Outputs.
- (c) Verification & Professional Due Diligence Users remain exclusively responsible for validating the accuracy, legality, compliance suitability, and contextual appropriateness of Al Outputs prior to use. Renfluence is not obligated to verify or correct Al Outputs unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- (d) Third-Party Platform Dependencies Al Outputs may rely on data from third-party
platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), which may change at any time. Renfluence does not
warrant:
- the availability, completeness or correctness of such data,
- alignment of Al Outputs with real-time performance metrics,
- continuity of platform data access (e.g., API changes or restrictions).
- (e) No Performance Guarantee Renfluence does not guarantee specific results based on Al Outputs, including but not limited to engagement, views, reach, conversions, cost metrics, sentiment trends, creator performance, campaign efficiency or revenue outcomes.
- (f) Allocation of Risk (Enterprise-Grade Standard) All risks relating to the interpretation, use, or reliance upon Al Outputs are assumed solely by the User. Renfluence shall have no liability for business decisions or actions derived from such Outputs.
- (g) Exclusion of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Renfluence shall bear no liability-contractual, tortious, statutory or otherwise—for: (i) inaccuracies or errors in Al Outputs; (ii) decisions or strategies taken based on Al Outputs; (iii) losses, penalties, reputational harm, regulatory exposure or operational consequences linked to the use or reliance on Al Outputs.
- (h) Human Oversight Users agree to apply suitable human expertise, professional supervision, and decision-making governance before implementing or publicising any conclusions drawn from Al Outputs.
20.8 Suspension & Termination
- (a) By Renfluence Renfluence may suspend or terminate access immediately if the User: (i) breaches these Terms; (ii) engages in fraudulent or abusive activity; (iii) attempts to circumvent usage limits; (iv) violates IP, confidentiality or privacy obligations; (v) fails to pay applicable fees; (vi) poses a security or operational risk.
- (b) By the User Users may delete their Account at any time. Deletion does not entitle the User to refunds for unused Credits.
- (c) Effect of Termination Upon termination:
- User access ceases immediately;
- Licence to use the Edge Service ends;
- Credits expire automatically;
- Sections that by nature survive termination (including IP, liability, indemnification and confidentiality) remain in force.
20.9 Service Nature
Edge Service is an analytics and insights tool. Renfluence does not act as an employer, agent, representative, broker or guarantor of any influencer, brand or third party. Renfluence does not mediate transactions and is not responsible for contractual arrangements between Users, collaboration outcomes or content decisions.
