How profile counts and allowances work
One Instagram profile or one TikTok profile counts as one account. The same creator on both platforms counts as two. Analysis allowances renew monthly, even when you pay yearly. Opening an existing report does not use another analysis.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Edge from an AI app?
Yes. Edge MCP connects your Renfluence account to compatible AI apps, including Claude and ChatGPT. Access is included in Starter, Pro and the free trial. Your account permissions and usage limits apply across the app and connected clients. Availability also depends on your AI provider and workspace settings.
What is included in Renfluence Edge?
Starter and Pro include Profile Analysis, AI Video Analysis for published and unpublished videos, Sentiment Analysis and Rengy. Rengy has a weekly usage allowance shown in your account. Trends, Competitor Analysis, Media Benchmarks and Campaign Monitor are paid extras, each purchased separately.
How much does Edge cost?
Starter is €89 excl. VAT per month or €890 excl. VAT per year. Pro is €249 excl. VAT per month or €2,490 excl. VAT per year. Annual plans are billed yearly; allowances reset monthly.
Does Edge work outside Greece?
Yes. The core Edge tools and the paid Campaign Monitor extra work across countries, subject to available data. Trends, Competitor Analysis and Media Benchmarks cover markets where Renfluence has analyzed video data, currently Greece.
What counts as an account?
One account is one Instagram profile or one TikTok profile in Profile Analysis. The same creator on Instagram and TikTok counts as two accounts. Starter includes 15 and Pro 40 profile analyses per month.
Do I lose my reports at the end of the month?
No, while your subscription remains active. The monthly reset renews your allowance for new analyses; opening a saved report does not use another analysis. If you cancel, your saved analyses and history are deleted when the paid subscription period ends.
What happens when I reach a monthly limit?
With an active paid Edge plan, you can buy extra profile analyses, video minutes or comment credits in the app. You can also upgrade or wait for the monthly renewal. Rengy has a separate weekly allowance and reset date shown in your account.
How much do extra credits cost?
10 profile analyses: €49 excl. VAT; 30 video minutes: €29 excl. VAT; 5,000 comments: €19 excl. VAT. These are one-time purchases, valid for 12 months. An active paid Edge plan is required to buy and use them. They are not available during the free trial.
Is VAT included?
No. All listed prices exclude VAT. Any applicable VAT is shown at checkout before payment.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel in your account settings. Access continues until the end of your paid subscription period. When that period ends, access stops and your saved analyses and history are deleted. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund; the cancellation policy explains the applicable terms. For help, contact info@renfluence.com.
Can I add each tool separately?
Yes. Competitor Analysis, Media Benchmarks, Trends and Campaign Monitor are each available separately with your Edge plan. Choose one or combine the tools you need. The first three use analyzed video data from covered markets, currently Greece. Campaign Monitor tracks campaigns your own team runs and is available across countries, subject to available data.
What happens when I start the free trial?
Create an account online without a sales call or credit card. Your 15-day trial includes 4 profile analyses, 5 minutes of video and 100 comments. Choose a paid plan in the platform when you are ready.
